Job Purpose:

 

To train, plan and lead programs implementation according to INJAZ Egypt strategy and quality standards to ensure timely and financially achievement of target.

Responsibilities:

​

1. Set operational annual plan and timelines for implementations in compliance to the strategic plans to ensure achieving the annual schools and universities target.

2. Lead and maintain positive communications and interactions with schools administrations and internal stakeholders to ensure financially efficient & smooth scheduling process.

3. Open new schools’ channels and opportunities for INJAZ Egypt to expand implementation coverage and maximize youths’ benefits from INJAZ Egypt’s programs.

4. Follow-up and monitor programs implementation and Trainers’ and volunteers performance in Schools and Universities

5. Update and hold training for program stakeholders on INJAZ curriculums.

6. Assist in developing INJAZ-Egypt curriculum content taking into consideration M&E guidelines and recommendations.
