Entrepreneurship & Innovation Officer

Job Description

Job Purpose:

 

Lead and execute entrepreneurship and innovation projects to ensure effective education delivery aligned with INJAZ standards.

Reports to:

Entrepreneurship & Innovation Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage project timelines and action plans to achieve objectives.

  2. Analyze progress, address gaps, and mitigate risks to improve outcomes.

  3. Oversee implementation plans, budgets, and targets to ensure efficiency.

  4. Maintain stakeholder communication and align with project milestones.

  5. Recruit and train mentors and trainers to meet project requirements.

  6. Identify potential partners and sponsors to enhance program efficiency.

  7. Act as a liaison between partners, internal team, and suppliers.

  8. Supervise program coordinators and participants, ensuring updates and support are provided on a regular basis.

  9. Develop strategies for program marketing via social media and on-ground activities.

Qualification and Skills:

Education:

  1. Undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Arts

Experience:

  1. 3+ years of experience in project management; education/development background is a plus.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

  2. Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.

  1. Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  2. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining quality.

  3. Flexible and adaptable to evolving organizational needs.
